Help & FAQ

The most common questions about Bettie, answered briefly.

How do I create a Mini-League with my friends?

Go to Mini-Leagues and tap “Create Mini-League”. Give it a name and share the invite link – for example in your group chat. Anyone who opens the link joins right after signing in.

How do matches get into our Mini-League?

Through packages: your Mini-League's organiser picks competitions like Bundesliga, 2. Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal or Champions League under “Your packages”. The next matches then appear automatically under “Upcoming matches” – with a matchday budget and their own table.

How do I create my own league tip?

Inside your Mini-League you'll find “Create league tip”. Ask your question, pick the type (Yes/No, choice or number) and set the deadline. After the deadline you enter the result as the creator – if a league tip stays unresolved for 14 days, everyone automatically gets their points back.

What do I predict with in a private Mini-League?

With League Play Money – your Mini-League's own balance. For your own league tips every member receives 100 League Play Money each month; package matches come with their own budget per matchday. Predicting correctly earns more – the league ranking counts the profit. Play Money can never be bought or paid out.

What is Play Money anyway?

Play Money is your free balance for predictions: you predict with it and collect points for the ranking. There is no real money – nothing to buy, nothing to withdraw.

Where do the probabilities come from?

From the community's predictions. Every prediction moves an answer's value a little – the more Play Money flows to one side, the higher its probability climbs. The curve on every market page shows exactly this movement.

How does the Blitz round work?

Blitz rounds are short rounds on a live price, for example Bitcoin. You predict whether the price ends above or below the starting price – up or down. The result lands within minutes, and correct predictions share the round's pool.

What does “early market” mean?

An early market is a brand-new market almost nobody has predicted on yet. Values, participant count and the graph are still live from the very first prediction. If you are one of the first three people to predict with at least 50 Play Money, you also get an early-starter bonus of 45 Play Money.
