YES if, according to the City of Munich's official beer price overview for Oktoberfest 2026, at least one festival tent charges strictly more than €16.50 for a Maß. Exactly €16.50 or less everywhere = NO. Resolves when the official price list is published, or no later than the start of the Wiesn.
